Évaluation Externe Finale – Réponse Locale en transferts monétaires à la crise régionale sahélienne affectant le Burkina Faso, le Mali et le Niger

The Belgian Red Cross (BRC) commissioned Key Aid Consulting to carry out the final evaluation of the regional programme entitled “Local Cash Transfer Response to the Sahel Regional Crisis in Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger” (CASA). The main objective of the CASA programme was to “contribute to the coverage of priority needs of the most vulnerable households affected by the regional Sahelian crisis in Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger” through cash transfers (CTs). The main objective of the evaluation, carried out in the three countries targeted by the CASA programme, was to report on the achievements of the programme by highlighting areas for improvement and lessons learned that will help improve future interventions and ensure accountability to the donor.
