Clement and Helene intervened in ALIMA headquarters at a very sensitive time when the organisation had grown rapidly and exponentially.
Using qualitative method inspired from ergonomics, they led a review of ALIMA working environment during a major social crisis for the organisation. This consisted in interviews, workshops and mediation activities.
For this consultancy, Helene and Clement directly reported to the Board of Directors. The output of the mission served as a basis for major changes within the organisations in terms of governance and leadership.
