Development of the Engine 2 MEAL Framework

The Humanitarian Leadership Academy commissioned Key Aid to support the development of their MEAL framework in support of their Engine 2 project. This project is a three year partnership between the Humanitarian Leadership Academy, ACAPS, the Alameda Institute and the Innovation Bubble to support locally led response through the provision of technical and financial support as well as creation of knowledge in Ukraine, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland and Romania.
