The International Rescue Committee (IRC) commissioned a study of food commodity market systems, specifically cereals and essential household items to deepen the understanding of the functioning of two market systems in the communes of Seguenega and Ouahigouya, (Yatenga province, northern region) and Gorom-Gorom and Dori (Oudalan province, Sahel Region). To provide IRC with key information on the modalities to be used in these provinces – in-kind assistance, cash transfers (CTs), market support, advocacy – to support access to food and livelihoods for families affected by displacement
