Consulting Services for the Technical Assistance/Management Consultant, within the Malawi Social Cash Transfers Programme, financed by EU and German Financial Cooperation, for the Republic of Malawi represented by the Ministry of Gender, Children, Disability and Social Welfare Key Aid Consulting supported the Government of Malawi (Ministry of Gender, Community Development and Social Welfare) with their Social Cash Transfer Programme. Key Aid advisory role’s specifically focused on targeting, developing a comparative study of targeting approaches in Southern Africa and then supporting the targeting strategy, update of the social registry and roll out of the updated targeting approach.
