Key Aid Consulting accompanied CORE, an international non-governmental organization whose mission is to empower communities in crisis and beyond, along its pathway towards becoming a cash confident organization. We did so, in an engaging and quality way through the facilitation of a crafted and fully fledged Organizational Cash Readiness Tool (OCRT) assessment to design, implement and monitor CVA, and through the development of one international and one domestic road map towards cash confidence. Through the consultancy, Key Aid conducted several online workshops, launched an online survey and conducted online Key Informant Interviews.
