Country Strategic Plan Evaluation – Central African Republic (2018 – 2022)

KAC was commissioned by the WFP to conduct the “Evaluation of WFP’s Draft Country Strategic Plan in the Central African Republic” covering the entirety of WFP’s activities between 2018-2022. The evaluation was intended to:

• Provide evaluative evidence and lessons on WFP’s performance for future strategic decisions, in particular for the development of the next Country Strategic Plan (CSP);

• Report the results to WFP stakeholders.

To this end, KAC utilized a mixed methods approach and conducted a structured desk review, a perception survey, 204 key informant interviews, 43 focus group discussions with all involved stakeholders.
