CVA Initiatives – Promoting Cash Confidence Across the Organization

Between 2023 and 2025, Key Aid led the OCHA Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) Initiatives to strengthen OCHA staff expertise and confidence in cash coordination worldwide. Through a dynamic mix of learning and engagement opportunities — including a global Community of Practice, the informal Cash Café discussions, and Deep Dive Webinars on priority topics — OCHA staff stay connected and informed on emerging cash issues. Key Aid designed comprehensive online and face-to-face trainings available in English, French, and Spanish to further equip teams with the technical and strategic skills needed to implement the IASC Cash Coordination Model (2022) and lead effective Cash Working Groups.
