DRC – Evaluation of OFDA and PRM-funded Projects in Iraq

Key Aid assessed DRC’s Economic Recovery and Market System (ERMS) and protection activities funded under U.S. Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA) and Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM) grants. The evaluation assessed the relevance of the projects’ interventions to community needs and priorities, the effectiveness and efficiency of the activities, and sustainability of project outcomes. A desk review, key informant interviews and focus group discussions formed the methodology. The evaluated activities included business grants and training, cash for work, legal representation and counselling, legal awareness, case management, community-based protection, and psychosocial support.
