Face to face & self paced delivery. Core CVA Skills for Red Cross & Red Crescent Movement

Key Aid Consulting supported the American Red Cross and IFRC in adapting and expanding their Core CVA training offer. First, Key Aid transformed the existing online facilitated course into a five-day face-to-face training, equivalent in competencies and learning objectives, and delivered it in Geneva in May 2025. The adaptation drew on case-based exercises, group work, and plenary discussions, and relied on previously developed case studies. Second, Key Aid converted the full online course into a fully self-paced version by redesigning the facilitated elements into e-learning modules, producing digital content in Articulate, and developing a pass/fail assessment.
