Final evaluation of the project “Strengthening CSO Programme Data Management”

Key Aid was commissioned by CartONG to conduct the final evaluation of the project “Strengthening CSO Programme Data Management”. The overall objective of this three-year project was to “professionalise Francophone civil society organisations (CSOs) in the management of their programme data (GDoP)”. The final evaluation of the project “Strengthening Programme Data Management” was conducted with a view to collective learning, accountability and transparency. The main objective of this evaluation is to report on the project’s achievements by highlighting accomplishments, limitations and areas for improvement, while making recommendations for improving future interventions. It covered all project activities and objectives, from its inception at the end of 2019 until the end of the project in November 2022. The primary audience for the evaluation report will be CartONG and its various partners. The secondary audience for the report will be AFD, the project’s donor.
