Final internal performance review (FIPR) of the Partnerships for Poland Response Program (2PRP)
Evaluation
Final internal performance review (FIPR) of the Partnerships for Poland Response Program (2PRP) Mercy Corps (MC) implemented the Partnerships for Poland Response Program (2PRP) from January to December 2023, a $5M initiative funded by the American Red Cross. The program aimed to strengthen local Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Poland and address the immediate needs of Conflict-Affected Populations (CAPs) resulting from the Russian-Ukrainian war. The project had two primary outcomes: providing immediate assistance through CSOs (Outcome 1) and enhancing the organizational and technical capacities of local partners (Outcome 2). Following the program’s completion, MC engaged Key Aid Consulting (KAC) to conduct a Final Internal Performance Review (FIPR) with a specific focus on Outcome Two. The evaluation methodology involved internal document review, interviews with 6 MC staff, and an online survey distributed to 36 CSOs. Evaluation interne finale de la performance du programme “Partenariats pour la réponse en Pologne” (2PRP).
