Recommendations to develop Humanity & Inclusion’s work with local partners and strengthen localization in Ukraine
Evaluation
In the development of its operational strategy for the period 2024-2025 in Ukraine, Humanity & Inclusion collaborated with Key Aid Consulting to formulate recommendations aimed at strengthening its partnership approach in the country and contributing to the localization process. The assessment relied on the Localization Performance Measurement Framework (LPMF) of the NEAR network to evaluate HI’s contribution to achieving localization commitments. Workshops were conducted across the country, and qualitative interviews were conducted with HI staff in Ukraine, as well as potential local partner organizations. This approach led to the formulation of several recommendations, adhering to the organization’s partnership cycle. Each recommendation underwent evaluation and prioritization based on its significance and feasibility, thus facilitating its implementation by the organization.
