Information Management remote training
As part of the “Response personnel training path, Level 2, technical Specialty, Information Management track, Key Aid Consulting was contracted by the American Red cross and conducted the second round of trainings to Red Cross staff from several countries. The training was conducted remotely using virutal classrooms via Zoom and Slack platforms and contained live webinars as well as self-paced pre-recorded sessions and excercises. Throughout eight sessions the training unpacked information management concepts, use of data in humanitarian projects, key conceptions and principles of data collection as well as budeting and planning for data collection, data protection concepts and methods, use of XLS and ODK as well as QGIS.
