NRC Transition to Employment (T2E) Evaluation

Key Aid Consulting conducted an evaluation of the Norwegian Refugee Council’s Transition to Employment Programme (T2E) in Jordan. T2E is a demand-driven labour intermediation project focused on integrating Syrians and Jordanians into entry-level, blue-collar, formal work. Through the quantitative analysis of secondary data and qualitative analysis of primary data from employers, beneficiaries and key stakeholders, the consultants assessed the effects of the project. The results will be used to guide T2E’s future strategy.
