Support for the design of a nutrition-sensitive cash transfer project in Zinder, Niger (2022)

For the regional office of the French Red Cross in West Africa, Key Aid Consulting supported the Nigerien Red Cross teams in the design of a pilot project of cash transfers for nutrition. This support was framed around two workshops: one aimed at contextualising the conceptual framework of malnutrition with local stakeholders and the second, a response analysis workshop, aimed at analysing jointly the results of the data collected by the Red Cross in order to determine internally with different actors and technical referents the most adapted programmatic decisions to reach the objectives without causing harm to the beneficiaries.
