WFP - Mid-term Evaluation of WFP’s relief food and cash assistance to conflict affected people in Kachin and Northern Shan States
Key Aid Consulting conducted a mid-term evaluation on a fouryears relief food and cash assistance project to conflict affected people in camps, host communities and return/relocation sites in Kachin and Northern Shan States. The evaluation covered approximately 50 camps and 50,000 beneficiaries. Using a mix-methods approach the study combines internal WFP sources such as post-distribution monitoring with KIIs with critical stakeholders, paired interviews with staff members, FGDs with beneficiaries and in-situ observations of the project. The evaluation was conducted from November 2019 to July 2020.
