World Vision – Developing CVA Standard Operating Procedures and common standards for the National Office in South Sudan

Key Aid Consulting supported World Vision in South Sudan with the implementation of the recommendations coming out of their Organisational Cash Readiness (OCR) process, and more specifically with developing Standard Operating Procedures for CVA to support decision making, design, implementation and monitoring of CVA in crisis settings and developing WVSS Capacity Statement. Key Aid also organised and delivered a CVA training for Operations, Programmes and Support staff within the organisation.
